When You Need to Reset
Sometime VidMate stop working right or show error in downloads. In such case reset to default setting can help. It remove changes you made and fix most issue.
What Happen After Reset
Resetting VidMate will delete your custom settings like theme change, download path, or app preference. But it not delete your downloaded video files.
Steps to Reset VidMate
1. Open VidMate App
Start the app from your phone.
2. Go to Settings
Tap on the top right icon and scroll to find Settings.
3. Select Reset Option
Find Reset to Default Settings and tap it.
4. Confirm Action
App will ask you to confirm. Tap Yes to continue.
After Reset Do This
Login again if app ask. Set your preferences like download folder and video quality again. Check if problem solved.
